Our local Target seems to be constantly sold out, but the store one state over had them! You had to be there to see the excitement on my face when I spotted them! Needless to say, yesterday I finally got to make my batch of pumpkin spice cookies!
A few people have asked me for the recipe, and I'm happy to share it! I will say, it's way easier to cheat and get the Betty Crocker pumpkin spice cookie mix...
